AgentTrace

Overview

AgentTrace is an open-source, OTEL-native platform for the full agent harness — Environment, Tools, Context, Safety, Logging, and Verification — tied to the production runs that produced them. Apache 2.0, standard OTLP out. Pre-launch: SDK and platform in active development with a public waitlist.

Key Achievements

• Connecting all six harness letters (E·T·C·S·L·V) as one versioned platform stamped on every run.
• OTEL-native instrumentation with auto-detect for LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, and custom loops.
• Replay harness changes against production history; CI gates on the whole harness, not just a prompt.
• Self-host or managed Cloud later — same harness either way.
